Colorado Landmark, was founded in 1977 in Boulder, Colorado by our Managing Broker, Joel Ripmaster. Colorado Landmark has joined with Slifer Smith & Frampton in 2022. Slifer Real Estate was founded in 1966 in Vail, Colorado. We are two of the strongest, and some of the oldest established companies in the Rocky Mountains & Front Range Communities. We are now the Largest Independent Real Estate Company in Colorado.
